The 5-star Fairmont Zimbali Lodge is ideally situated in the picturesque province of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is located on a 370 hectare tropical coastal residential and resort estate on the North Coast, just 25 kilometres (15.5 miles) north of Umhlanga Rocks and bordering the holiday destination of Ballito.
The reserve situated within the estate is a conservation area providing a sanctuary to a variety of flora and fauna. There are limited pathways and wooden viewing decks throughout the reserves where guests can interact with nature. Zimbali is also home to natural spring water lakes, 85 bird species, a wide variety of butterflies and a diverse range of indigenous plants.
